In this pandemic time local labour can be used since there will be less jobs. Atleast /builders should try to advertise the positions and see how many will apply. It will hardly take 3-4 days. The migrant labourers can develop their own state and make it liveable

Migrant workers throwing food packets and water bottle which provided them in some places while train starts. Our nation where in for food are giving more respect and importance such things not a good on there part. Many people migrating from one city to another for livlihood..at least utmost we should keep in mind place which groomed us and our family should not be forgotten..be for one month period..or for ten years period.
When crises occurs people forget everything. It's grave mistake what they are doing. Some one watching each and everybody minutely by giving us difficult time always..how we behave. It's after all called life. Wants to do our duty diligently where ever we are.
