Mangaluru, Feb 23: In a unique and heartfelt approach, the Good for Good Charitable Trust was inaugurated at Bikarnakatte Government School with a hands-on Kaavi art workshop for children instead of a conventional function. The trust chose to mark its beginning by spending quality time with students rather than incurring expenses on a grand ceremony, making the event truly impactful.
The event was graced by Dr Janardhan, who conducted an engaging session on Kaavi art, a traditional mural painting style, captivating the young minds with its rich heritage. Children enthusiastically participated, learning and creating art under his guidance.
The formal inauguration of the trust took place in a symbolic manner, with the lighting of the lamp by the children themselves, emphasizing the trust’s commitment to empowering the younger generation.
