Mangaluru, Feb 8: Laksha Shetty starrer and Kaveesh Shetty directorial Kannada movie 'Jiilka' released on Friday, February 7.
Apart from directing the movie, Kaveesh Shetty is also playing the lead role in 'Jiilka' pairing with Laksha Shetty and Priya Hegde.
“Laksha plays a tomboyish with attitude character in 'Jiilka' which is a love story. The movie is all about generation gap between parents and children with lot of comedy, entertainment and a message. My role was very important to register a beautiful message through the movie 'Jiilka',” says Laksha Shetty.
“It was beautiful experience working with the 'Jiilka'team and I learnt a lot during this process,” she adds.
The movie has been shot at Sahyadri College, Mangaluru, Hebri, Kundapur, and Mumbai. The movie is also releasing in Hindi and Marathi language. The film is also releasing in Mumbai.
