Chief minister's gold medal awardees felicitated at Mangaluru city police commissionerate

Mangaluru, Apr 4: A felicitation programme was organized at the Mangaluru city police commissionerate office to honour the officers and staff who were awarded the prestigious Chief Minister's Gold Medal for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Recognized for their exemplary and commendable service in maintaining law and order in the city, detecting criminal cases, and effectively handling narcotics-related cases, the following officers were presented with the Chief Minister's Gold Medal for the year 2024: Anupam Agarwal IPS, commissioner of police, Mangaluru city; ACP Dhanya Nayak; police inspectors Balakrishna H N and Mahesh Prasad; PSIs Gurappa Kanti, Santhosh Kumar D, and Raghavendra Naik; ASI Sheenappa; ARSI Ritesh; CHCs Reji V M, Anjanappa, Bhimappa Uppara, Annappa, Umesh, Sudhir Kumar, Santhosh Kumar, Damodar K, and Vijay Shetty; CPCs Purushottam, Sridhara V, Prakash S Sattagi Halli, and Abhishek AR.

Chief Minister's Gold Medal recipients for 2023 included police inspector Sandesh PG, PSI Sharanappa Bhandari, ASI Mohan KV, CHC Nagaraj Chandaragi, and HC Muthu M from FPB.

The 2022 awardees who were honoured included police inspector Mohan Kottari, PSI Sudeep M V, ASI Santhosh Kumar K, and CHC Manikantha M.

All awardees were felicitated in recognition of their outstanding contributions to public safety and dedicated service.
