Mangaluru: Siddharth Rajhans shares info on internet, outernet with SAC students

Mangaluru, Jul 30: A motivational talk was arranged for the BCA students of St Aloysius College (SAC) at LCRI Hall on July 29.

Siddharth Rajhans, principal policy officer for the United Nations in New York and a motivational speaker was the resource person.

He is a Harvard educated first generation technology entrepreneur, a Silicon Valley Technocrat and product expert, management researcher, TEDx and motivational speaker and pioneer of the Outernet Technology in India and the Asia Pacific region.

He also heads his startup called 'Spacify' as a co-founder and CEO, which has been working to provide satellite-powered internet or 'Outernet' in Singapore and parts of rural India as part of the Digital India initiative.



He motivated the students by talking about the uses of internet and outernet. He also explained the theme of Swift language and urged the students to learn Coding. He suggested to the students to build their own domain in Godaddy and use the Moonshot outernet to upgrade the coding language as it is important in creating a programme. Besides this, he explained to the students how to write a CV.
