Mangaluru, Apr 17: In a heartwarming display of creativity, confidence, and collaboration, the young minds of Zenova Fusion Camp 2025 lit up the stage with a vibrant and soul-stirring culmination ceremony.

The event, held in St Agnes CBSE School auditorium, brought together the entire camp community to celebrate the end of two inspiring weeks of learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

With emcees Anshiya George and Leann Crasta setting a graceful tone, the programme opened with a soulful prayer song by the students of Grades 3 to 5, expressing gratitude to the Almighty for the fruitful journey. Nishka’s Welcome Speech followed, filled with warmth and childlike eloquence, extending heartfelt greetings to all present.

The stage soon came alive with a kaleidoscope of performances, each group reflecting their unique themes with infectious enthusiasm.

The dance by our LKG and UKG students drew smiles and applause with their adorable moves, setting the rhythm for the evening.

A standout moment was the LKG and UKG students’ drama – the timeless tale of "Punyakoti" – performed with innocence and sincerity. The young artists took the audience on a magical journey, teaching us that truth is our guiding light and that integrity must never be compromised. Their performance reminded everyone that even the smallest voices can echo the deepest truths.

The audience was equally captivated by Grades 1 and 2, who brought the folk tale "Kindari Jogi" to life through expressive dialogue and colourful costumes, emphasising the value of staying true to one's word—“kotta maathige thappabaradu.”

As the tempo picked up, Grades 3 to 5 enthralled the audience with their lively and heartfelt rendition of "Harona Baa", a melodic celebration of freedom and nature. Their voices soared like birds across the auditorium, igniting a sense of joy and wonder.

The students from Grades 6 and 7 left a lasting impact with their compelling skit, “Save Water and Trees to Save Yourself.” Their powerful message on environmental conservation resonated deeply, reminding all that safeguarding nature is not just a responsibility—it is essential for survival.

Dance, drama, and music weaved seamlessly throughout the program, transforming the event into a vibrant carousel of culture, values, and celebration. One of the most memorable and heartfelt moments of the day was the art and craft exhibition, where children’s creative works from the camp were proudly displayed. Each piece reflected their imagination, hard work, and the joy of creation. Parents and guests walked through the exhibit with admiration, marvelling at the young talent on display.

The enthusiasm of both students and parents was palpable—students brimmed with excitement as they showcased what they had learned and created, while parents beamed with pride, capturing memories and applauding every performance. The auditorium echoed with cheers, claps, and words of appreciation, creating an atmosphere of pure celebration and togetherness.

In her message, Sr. Reshma Dsouza, the coordinator of the camp, applauded the dedication of both students and mentors. She reminded the gathering that the camp wasn’t just about performance—it was about shaping minds and nurturing values that last a lifetime.

A moment of appreciation followed as Sr. Reshma honoured the resource persons with mementos, acknowledging their invaluable contributions. The prize distribution ceremony, led by Sr Meena Fernandes, vice principal, and announced by Tr Devika, recognised the shining stars of Zenova Fusion Camp for their talent, enthusiasm, and effort.

Risha of Class 7 delivered a warm and gracious vote of thanks, followed by group-wise memento distribution—a cherished token of participation and accomplishment.

To conclude the joyful occasion, the vice principal, along with student representatives, officially declared the closure of Zenova Fusion Camp 2025. As a thoughtful gesture of care, refreshments were served to the children, adding to their joy and comfort after the performances.

As the curtains fell, one message echoed loud and clear: Every child has a spark. And when nurtured with love, learning, and laughter—they shine.
