Main reasons for the virus spread
    1. People travelling by buses trains from Mumbai to Karnataka
    2. The authorities make people wait in lines for more than 4 to 5 hours in state and district borders to fill the forms. I don't understand what is the need of filling forms when you have already got the online pass and the government has all data with them.
    3. Putting people in single large room and make them use common toilet and bathrooms
    4. People flouting home quarantine norms.

I am sure most the people contacted the virus after they left their homes in Bombay because of incapability of handing situation by authorities. It is difficult to believe that everyone had the virus before leaving their homes

Home quarantine is the better option. Government should put some conditions for home quarantine
    1. The house should be vacant
    2. Get the consent from neighbours so they can alert police if anyone try to break the rules while in home quarantine and file case against them
    3. If no consent from neighbour then no home quarantine

By doing so the pressure on the government authorities can be reduced

They are our People, and it is our duty to welcome them. The fault lies with our Governing system., either in Mumbai or in Karnataka, they do not test properly for Covid - 19 infection, before their departure, or after their arrival! However still we are unable to stregthen our Laboratory testing system, in quantity or in quality. Reducing Institutional quarantine period to seven days might have have also spiked the numbers of infection. Ultimately we are careless people, still we are allowing our own kith and kin to roam around during their mandatory Home Quarantine period. still we can see people , specially the yougsters do not wear Mask, thrible riding on two wheelers. Social distancing has gone to dogs. whom to blame? Local shops, Liquor shops, Local Buses (Private), Service Buses (Private), Fish Markets etc. etc. God save us from our own people rather than home coming people from, other States and Countries.
