Everyone needs to pray to stop this pandemic? It seems,

God has allowed this communist corona virus to learn about communism or little taste of it, such as no God, no freedom, food control to everything under control. Most of us following God for the namesake and not with real love. This is a time to reflect and come back to Him and make use of the time given in prayers for self, family, country and the world to avoid dragging of the situation, lockdown or to become worse.

It should be plainly understood no prayers no protection from God, so to add daily at least one hour prayers in one's lifestyle also some prayers along with the family in their home to avoid these restrictions getting prolonged, teach children also same so to come out of this pandemic successfully!

Probably this is done to prevent infiltration of DK Dist by infected people from neighbouring places. Interdistrict borders could have been sealed and some relaxation within Mangalore could have been thought about.

It is quite surprising as per news there are no fresh cases for several days sand 5 to 6 cases are discharged. Under suchcircumstances declaring red zone create doubts of report published in the news. This will create panic. The tv channel must be regulated to publish news andnot to exaggerate facts or add their advertising skill while publishing carona news of any locality such need readers to be banned.

Dakshina Kannada is in Red Zone just because of possible infiltration from Kasaragod district of Kerala state. Mangalore for many other reasons including Corona has to be mindful about the infiltration of Keralities. Beware of Keralities now and in future too!

Kerala has better relaxation, including Kasaragod dist.
Apart from grocery or vegetables, mobile recharge and repair shops, electronic ships selling ac , fan, libraries (including home delivery), motor vehicle repair shops at highway (especially to reduce hardship for trucks) and several other services. Some are open weekly once.
If DK doesn’t have enough confidence to open, then it’s not fair to blame on kasaragod. Seems like this time kasaragod has become punching bag for some people with agenda to tarnish the name and fame of the district. Please remember Kavi Govinda Pai that you learn in Karnataka text book is same Kavi Manjeshwara Govinda Pai..

We have to take extra caution now. We are already paying the price for the humanity towards other districts. Hereafter at least seal the borders or else our district will land in Blood Red Zone.close all the routes.Seal the routes and applaud the deserving ones.

I think this is the right decision because Mangaluru is the only City that has connectivity via. Airways, Sea and Road.
Most of the people in Mangalore prefer to sit at home and quarantine themselves then get themselves tested or admitted in Wenlock.
Moreover, Dk shares a border with Kasargod. Where the cases can spike and Hit Mangalore anytime if this situation bis not tackled seriously.
