Mangaluru: SIT student projects selected for state level seminar, exhibition of KSCST Bengaluru

Mangaluru, Jul 25: Four final year BE project students of Srinivas Institute of Technology have been selected for the state level 42nd series seminar and exhibition of KSCST Bengaluru to be held at KLE Dr M S Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology, Belagavi on July 26 and 27.

The projects are:

1. Electrical energy harvesting in aircraft by using carbon fiber battery (Aeronautical Engineering)
2. Experimental study on friction and wear characteristics of formulated vegetable oils as base lubricant in automotive components lubrication (Automobile Engineering)
3.Fabrication and experimentation of magnethorheological braking system (Mechanical Engineering)
4. Nano vesicles for drug delivery system and device (Nano Technology)

Dr Shrinivasa Mayya D, principal, CA A Raghavendra Rao, president of A Shama Rao Foundation and chancellor of Srinivas University and Dr Shrinivasa Rao, vice president of A Shama Rao Foundation and pro-chancellor of Srinivas University congratulated the students and the faculty members.
