Beltangady, Feb 24: “A learner explores his abilities through Extra Curricular activities. It boosts the confidence of students creating a broader vision of life,” said Fr James D’Souza, the correspondent of Anugraha Institutions on Extra Curricular Activities Day on February 22, in the school auditorium.
Fr Vijay Lobo, the principal of the institution in his speech, said, “Apart from regular curriculum, Anugraha offers opportunities for the students to learn activities such as Bharathanatyam, western dance, music, flute, Tabla, embroidery, harmonium and karate. Trained teachers are made available to all activities. These are taught to the students during the regular class hours. It sparks the innate skill of leadership, innovation and creativity."
Students exhibited their talents in various activities. They performed Bharathanatyam, western dance, singing, played music, karate and the embroidery work was exhibited.
ECA teachers were present on stage and they were felicitated by the Principal. Prabhakar Shetty compered the programme and rendered vote of thanks.
