Mumbai, Nov 23: Given the rise in coronavirus cases in Maharashtra and with the possibility of a second wave in December, the upcoming winter session of the state legislature is likely to be pushed by at least one month in January. The winter session in the state was set to be conducted on December 7.
The duration of the session will be likely decided at the end of November, where a decision on the date of the session will be also taken. It is likely to be based on the number of coronavirus cases at that time.
