first of all there is no case where the corona virus has affected the poor labourers. it only affects the rich and middle class. so why hold them. arrange transport to ferry them to their native places. we have enough resources to bring back stranded people from gulf and other regions but no money to transport these poor people .watching their plight on tv makes me feel sad.

Look at the gathering . No awareness. Administration doing nothing to make them social distance. Thousands of labour category workers leaving from Delhi by road without transport without food for miles and miles in groups. Lockdown also maintain in foreign countries also. But not like this. Respective govt has given ultimatum to the people to leave within certain period. Now due to unplanned strategies from the govt the whole country has to face the consequences . This way we cant win Corona.

For this more than 400 migrant workers hunger is more threat than 'Corona virus' which they have never heard.

If they are willing to go back to their villages arranged the government buses or open truck were chances of contamination due to free circulation of fresh air less. I believe there immune system is much stronger every days of hard work. One day meal is much appreciated. But what about another day of starvation?

Where are the Udupi Mutt and Dharmstala which serves thousand of free meals , don't find any divinity in this hungry laborers of Bharat India?

People just talk about what government need to, as a citizen we see hundred of people moving everywhere. This will bring the situation worse.

Not staying at home is a crime towards others, persons and their own family.

A collection of 400, poor uneducated, people under one roof lying on the ground w/o proper sanitation, pure drinking water supply facilities is an open invitation to infectious diseases like diarrhoea, flue etc which are common in summer season and life threatening too especially for kids!!

What sort of lockdown is this; a 400 strong crowd w/o masks collected like a herd of animals, which itself will lead to cross infections leading to disastrous consequences when they reach their native places?

What about wash room/medical facilities for such a big crowd?
