Mangaluru: Bollywood celebrity Shilpa Shetty visits Kateel temple

Mangaluru, Sep 27: Bollywood celebrity and actress Shilpa Shetty, visited historically renowned Goddess Durgaparameshwari temple at Kateel in the taluk on Thursday, September 27.

She offered special puja to the presiding deity and accepted Prasadam.

On this occasion, priest of the temple, Ananthapadmanabha Asranna, presented to the renowned actress and reality show judge, the 'Sheshavastra (piece of cloth used to adorn the deity)' in the form of divine blessing.

Priest Harinarayana Dasa Asranna, extended a warm welcome to Shilpa Shetty on her arrival.

    Not interested, celebrity obsession in our country is at the peak.. unnecessary attention is given to these people.. these are not idealistic material...😨
    I would rather look up to Arvind Bolar because he makes me laugh 😝😝😝

    When rich and famous visits temple temple priest attitude changes, you can see hospitality gesture on his face.. this can be seen all over India.... When poor visits the same priest ignores.. as he is doing favor. Truth is God exists every where, where truth, honesty and pure heart is...........

    arent others who visit the temple are human beings .only money talks wherever you go .you have money only then there is respect ,only then the priest get up from his seat and come forward to greet the pilgrims . just funny .
