Mangaluru: Workshop on 'Techniques in Biology' for PU students to be held on Aug 2, 3

Mangaluru, Jul 29: The departments of Biological Science, St Aloysius College (autonomous), will organize a hands-on workshop on ‘Techniques in Biology’ for the pre-university students of Dakshina Kannada district on August 2 and 3.

The inauguration of the workshop will be held at Fr Robert Sequeira Hall, LCRI Block.

Dr Vasudeva Kamath K, deputy director in-charge, pre-university education, DK will be the chief guest. Principal, Fr Dr Praveen Martis, SJ, will preside over the programme.

This programme is sponsored by the Star College Scheme, department of Biotechnology, Govt of India.

Twenty colleges with 125 students will participate in the workshop.
