Bengaluru, Jul 21: Minister for water resources, D K Shivakumar, has alleged BJP of holding their rebel MLAs at gun point.
Speaking to the reporters in the city, Shivakumar said, "BJP is not allowing us to have a conversation with the rebel MLAs of our party. Six MLAs are in Lonawala. Other MLAs have been shifted to unknown places in Maharashtra. The mobile phones of all the MLAs have been confiscated by BJP. Even they did not allow the police, who had gone to meet MLA Sreemanth Patil, to visit him,"
"BJP has kept our MLAs under police protection. Our culture has gone down to this level. Once the MLAs come back to Bengaluru, their ordeal will be a good story for a cinema. The coalition government has not wasted any time. During the time of late Prime Minister Vajpayee, 10 days time was given to seek confidence in the Parliament.” Shivakumar said.
