Mangaluru, Nov 15: Krithi, a grade 3 student from St Agnes School (CBSE), has truly made her mark at the prestigious 40th Karnataka State Roller Skating Championship selection trials 2024, held at Rao’s Skating Academy in Mysuru from November 7 to 10. With her exceptional skills, focus, and dedication, she clinched a gold medal in the One-Lap Rink Race and a bronze medal in the 500+D Rink Race. This remarkable achievement not only highlights her outstanding talent but also secures her qualification for the upcoming 62nd National Roller-Skating Championship to be held in Mysuru from December 5 to 15.

Krithi’s success is a testament to her hard work and perseverance, setting a shining example for her peers. Her dedication to the sport, coupled with her unwavering commitment, demonstrates what can be achieved through passion and relentless effort. Krithi owes a large part of her success to the expert mentorship of coaches Mahesh Kumar and Shravan Mahesh. Their guidance and training have been instrumental in shaping Krithi into the proficient athlete she is today.

A proud daughter of Sudeep S Aithal and Deepthishree S Aithal, Krithi’s achievement is also a reflection of the strong support and encouragement she receives from her parents. Their belief in her potential has been instrumental in helping her reach such remarkable heights.

In addition to Krithi's achievement, the grade IX students of St Agnes School also demonstrated their exceptional talents in the rhythms of Bollywood Dance competition during the ‘Festember 2k24’ school fete, organized by Mount Carmel Central School on November 9 at Maryhill, Mangaluru. The team earned 2nd place, securing a trophy and a cash prize, a well-deserved recognition of their dedication and hard work.

The management, principal, vice principal, staff, and students of St Agnes School have extended their heartfelt congratulations to both Krithi and the dance team for their remarkable achievements.
