Mangaluru, Jul 3: St Agnes CBSE School had their school inspection by the CBSE on Wednesday, July 3.
The day began with a formal welcome of honoured guest Radha Prabhu, principal of Dr. NSAM English Medium High School, Nitte and the member of Affiliation Inspection Committee, by the school band followed by the School Assembly. The other dignitaries were Sr Maria Shubha, secretary Apostolic Carmel Educational Society (R) Mangaluru, Dr Sr Maria Roopa, joint secretary of St Agnes Campus Institutions, Sr Carmel Rita, former provincial superior of Karnataka province and the Administrator of St Agnes Autonomous College, Sr Maria Gracilda, principal of St Agnes CBSE School, Sr Venitha, vice principal, and Jane Saldanha, vice president of the PTA.
The assembly was a joint effort by a number of teachers and the entire school cabinet. The hard work of the organising team poured forth as the assembly turned out very colourful and creative. The news highlights were presented innovatively by the students of the high school. Ma’am was briefed about the functioning of the school through the school report which was a display of dramatics and art. The day proceeded as usual with the CBSE Inspector monitoring the school records, lessons, CCA classes as well as speaking to the students and staff occasionally.
