Mangaluru: Milagres CBSE School holds investiture ceremony with solemnity

Mangaluru, Jun 28: Investiture ceremony was held at Milagres CBSE School here on June 27 with great solemnity.

Cicilia Pereira, vice president of Milagres Parish Pastoral Council graced the occasion as chief guest.

Fr Michael Santhumayor, campus director Milagres Educational Institutions presided over the programme, principal Elveera Lasrado, academic advisor Prof Lourdusamy, PTA president Sathish Ullal were present.

A spirit of unity and dynamism filled the air as the grand ceremony commenced with lighting of the auspicious lamp followed by the soulful rendition of prayer.



Alen Suraj D’Souza, head boy, Aashlin Johnson, deputy head boy and the prefects were sworn in as members of student council and pledged their loyalty to the institution. They promised to bear their responsibilities. They were conferred badges and sashes by the chief guest and the campus director. The chief guest addressed the students and wished them well.

Campus director blessed the students and conveyed his best wishes. The club inauguration followed and the occasion was witnessed by parents and PTA members. The ceremony concluded with the school anthem.
