Mangaluru, Feb 28: A relaxation session was conducted at Expert college for the second PU students who will be appearing for Board exam.

The session was handled by Dr N K Vijayan Karippal, principal of Expert PU college, Valachil who is an Educational Psychologist as well.

The session covered strategies to overcome exam anxiety and to stay positive.
