Dr Vijay Ballal addressing the gathering said, “Balance the environment by saving animals and birds otherwise any difference in any of these species will finally result in natural disaster. To save the natural balance, the role of our environment is very important. So let us help one another in this instead of spoiling today for a better tomorrow which will lead to destruction of the environment. Each species has its own quality. If a person is pure, he must be committed and dedicated. In old homes and temples palm leaves are found. We should respect and obey nature in order to obtain pure water and air. Bharath means Bhava-Raga-Thala. Nature can be sustained by saving trees.

The main aim of this campaign is to create awareness on saving palm trees all over the state as palm trees, palm-leaf manuscripts, handwritten scripts need better conservation. These herbal medicinal trees are on the endangered species list. It should be our concern to save the one and only Planet Earth. Many man-made things have caused huge destruction on this earth and the eco-balance is disrupted. Kaadu Sritala (Corypha umbraculifera) or Sritala is an endangered tree and red listed in the world. Hence Green India Vision campaign insists on sowing seeds and growing endangered, endemic plants of greenery across the globe.
