Udupi, Jan 14: Prilson Martis has been elected as the 55th president of the Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM), Udyavara unit, one of the oldest organizations in Udyavara.
The election of the 2025 executive committee was held in the presence of Fr Anil D’Souza, the parish priest of St Francis Xavier Church, Udyavara and director of the organization.
The new elected committee members are as follows:
Stennel D’Silva has been elected as secretary, Rolvin Almeida as vice president, Smitha Oliveira as joint secretary, Glenish Pinto as treasurer, Ferdinand D’Souza as PRO, Mervin Almeida as sports and cultural secretary, and Sharon Crasto as prayer secretary.
The event witnessed the presence of outgoing president Glenish Pinto, secretary Sasha Montero and advisor Julia D’Souza.
