Kundapur: Frustrated by health problems, woman jumps into well

Kundapur, Jul 30: A woman from Devattu in Belur village in the taluk ended her life by jumping into a well. This incident happened on the night of Thursday July 28.

The deceased has been identified as Muthu Poojary (70). She was suffering from mental derangement and epilepsy since long. Prolonged medications and treatment had not provided her any relief from these diseases.

Fed up with life, she jumped into a well which does not have a protective wall, belonging to Naveen Shetty under the cover of darkness. A report about the incident was filed at Kota police station.
