Mangaluru: New Mangala College of Nursing organizes NCC orientation programme

Mangaluru, Oct 19: New Mangala College of Nursing in coordination with NCC Unit of Mangala Group of Educational Institution organized an NCC orientation programme on October 16.

Major Subedar N B Patil NCC coordinator addressed about two years of NCC training and attainment of NCC certification. 140 Nursing students attended the programme and learn several valuable things such as selflessness, honesty, discipline, hard work and ways to build confidence and gain leadership qualities.

The programme was honoured by the presence of Prof Subrahmanya Nayak, principal New Mangala College of Nursing and Mangala School of Nursing, Yogesh Patgar, physical director MGEI, Lyna Savitha D’Souza and Ashline Reema Rego class coordinators and NCC cadets.
