Dubai: ‘SCENT’ plans events for Tuluva and Kannadiga communities

Dubai, Feb 23: Sandhya Creations Event Network Team (SCENT) members met on February 18 for a luncheon meeting at Mayamani Restaurant, Al Ghusais, Dubai to discuss about the future programmes.

SCENT has successfully presented very many different kinds of programmes in the past which has been very well appreciated by the Tuluvas in UAE. Under the leadership of Shodhan Prasad, this year too they have successfully concluded 17 world Kannada cultural convention in association with Hridaya Vahini Mangaluru headed by K P Manjunath Sagar in Dubai recently wherein more than 32 professional artistes who flew all the way from Karnataka presented various vibrant colorful folk songs and dances in Dubai.

 

Forthcoming events scheduled for 2024 are: 

1) ‘Ek Shyam Rafi Ke Naam’ Musical Nrityotsava 2024 will be on April 20 (evening event)
2) ‘Aatidonji Dhina 2024’ – Traditional Tuluva food festival will be on June 16 (full day event)

SCENT hereby requests all other community organizations in the UAE to block this date for the above programme in support for SCENT’s scheduled dates. Your cooperation is very well appreciated.

More events to entertain the Tuluvas and Kannadigas in UAE will be planned and announced later.
