Mangaluru, Jun 28: With the mission of transforming society by creating innovators, Srinivas University, implemented a new higher education model with enhanced skills and research components to produce outstanding graduates at bachelor’s and master’s degree levels from the academic year 2021-22.
This new model is implemented to create employable graduates for industries and innovative entrepreneurs for society and hence is expected to make a breakthrough in the higher education system. The vice-chancellor of Srinivas University, Dr P S Aithal has announced that SU is offering a new model of higher education for integrated development of students at bachelor’s degree and master’s degree levels with enhanced industry-based skills components and research-based innovative knowledge creation components.
SU Unique Student Excellence Model
Amidst the Corona pandemic, to counter the recent hue and cry of the Indian Education system’s utter failure of creating employable and independent thinking students, Srinivas University is now equipped with the Srinivas integrated student development model with the new structure of curriculum consisting overall 50% knowledge focus, 25% skills focus, and 25% research focus to unfold the hidden potentials of the students and to create them as innovators.
