Mangaluru, Apr 9: 'Au Revoir', such a beautiful and meaningful phrase. Two of the most difficult things in life are saying 'Hello' and bidding 'Goodbye'. The students of class 10 of St Theresa’s School, here, assembled together to bid their principal, teachers and friends adieu. It was a bittersweet moment for everyone who graced this occasion.

The principal, Sr Philomene, the vice-principal Sr Lourdes, sisters and teachers of class IX organized a farewell programme for the outgoing silver jubilee batch of class X, 2020-21 despite the difficulties faced due to the coronavirus pandemic.

A eucharistic celebration of thanksgiving was held at St Sebastian Church, Bendur at 9 am. The mass was solemnized by Fr Vincent Monteiro, the parish priest, who blessed the tenth-grade students. Six student representatives- Aliya Khan, Ricky roger, Saumya D’Souza, Luke Noronha, Thrisha and Abaan shared their decade of memories with St Theresa’s School.
