Mangaluru: Ladyhill Victoria Composite PU College conducts 'Emotional Management' webinar

Mangaluru, Dec 16: Ladyhill Victoria Composite PU College on December 12 at 10.30 am organised a webinar on 'Emotional Management' for all the PU students. Rajeshwari D Shetty, a national trainer of JCI India and also the principal of Swastika National School, here, was the resource person.

As a national trainer, the speaker gave a very good interactive session on 'Emotional Management'.

The topics dealt with by her were as follows:

  • Discover the 90/10 principle.
  • What are Emotions?
  • How emotions help?
  • What forms emotions?
  • Types of emotions
  • Managing emotions- emotional intelligence
  • Cognitive triangle
  • Understanding emotions-ABCDE
  • Other ways to manage emotions

The students actively participated in all the activities given by her and were engaged throughout the session. It was a very fruitful session. She concluded the session by saying the quote 'No one is born happy but everyone is born happy but everyone is born with the ability to create happiness'.

Seema Sheikh, lecturer in Biology, welcomed and thanked the speaker.
