Mangaluru: Nitte Shankara Adyantaya College NSS celebrates Sadbhavana Day

Mangaluru, Aug 21: The birth anniversary of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi on August 20 was observed as Sadbhavana Diwas/Harmony Day.

The NSS students of Nitte Shankara Adyantaya College who observed the day were told to inculcate the qualities of national integration, peace, affection and communal harmony.

College principal, Dr K Navin Shetty administered the oath to the college staff and the NSS students for harmony and that they sort out their differences if any by discussions within constitutional parameters without giving room for violence.

College NSS officer, Sandhya M compered the programme. Vice principal, staff and NSS representatives were present.
