Mangaluru based hotelier devastated by lockdown ends life in Mumbai

Daijiworld Media Network – Mumbai (EP)

Mumbai, Jun 25: In a shocking incident that occurred on Thursday morning at 9 am, a Mangaluru based hotelier ended his life in Mumbai.

The deceased has been identified as Premanath Krishna Shetty (43), a partner in Hotel Raj who committed suicide by hanging after he was devastated by the adverse effects caused due to the nationwide lockdown.

He served as a partner in the hotel for the last seven years. However, since the hotel was closed for the last four months due to lockdown, Premanath reportedly grew depressed. The hotel is situated on Pune's Sinhgad Road, Dhayari, Haveri taluk vicinity.

One of the hotel workers discovered the body hanging as he entered the hotel at 9.30 am. As soon as he identified the body, he informed the police.

The deceased in his death note wrote about the hotel remaining closed and that the situation grew worse. "I am ending my life due to disappointment. Nobody is responsible for my death. I am committing suicide on my own accord," the note stated.

    RIP Brother.

The above deceased says in his suicide note that he himself is responsible for the drastic step. He is wrong.. How can he take the responsibility of taking his own life.

It is all because of the bad governance and badly planned and failed Lockdown by the govt.

It's a difficult situation.... but some time we have blame ourselves.
Some people took loans from banks and private money lenders. They took loans for enjoyment I.e big house, property, marriage, buy vehicles etc.now they can't face the difficult times and they take extreme steps.

Now the deaths due to lockdown has exceeded the deaths due to Corona.Financially , diplomatically and in relations with neighbours we have failed miserably. It is time a new leader not from the present politicians of any party comes up and leads the country out of the present mess.

Don't put yourself under pressure ..Don't think of what others will think of you as a failure or success.
It doesn't matter what others think ..often we take extreme steps to protect our so called false image which we carry to satisfy and show to the society or your close relatives(Infact they are demons) ... Not needed any more ..
Can understand the pressure one has to go through in a dynamic business situation ..but ups and downs are part and parcel of life...Don't opt too much of debt for growth ..your borrowing should never go beyond 10% to 15 % of your current networth
