Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (EP)

Mangaluru, Jun 1: The government at the Centre has already ordered for the fifth phase of lockdown in the country from June 1 to June 30. Meanwhile, the deputy commissioner of Dakshina Kannada, Sindhu B Rupesh has ordered a strict curfew in the district from 9 pm till 5 am during the month. DC has also stressed the necessity to stringently enforce the curfew.

The curfew involves a ban on the movement of vehicles and people in the city and village areas after 9 pm and until 5 am the next day.

She also warned those violating the order with severe actions.

Fine for not wearing masks:

With the relaxations, specific stores and businesses have been allowed to function. Purchase of essentials and conducting work at office places with certain rules is permitted. However, wearing face masks is mandatory for all those who step out of their houses. Those who go on about in the city without wearing masks will be fined Rs 200 each while the fine in village areas will be Rs 100 each.

Very sensible order by deputy commissioner of Dakshina Kannada, Sindhu B Rupesh. This was rightly needed at this time when Covid-19 cases are increasing day by day. Now the people have to strictly adhere to the rules. Emergency cases should be excepted with valid written proof.

As the district and night borders are opening, there are large number of people want to return from places they have been locked down from 3 months If long distance night travel is allowed, they can travel at night and reduce the congestion during day time.

Ex: if a person is driving from a place 9-10 hours away from Mangalore, he has to start in early in the morning and rush to reach destination. On the way he will face checking at borders, which will delay him further. If night travel is allowed he can easily drive without rushing much.

Law enforcement agencies only know the pain. People will not understand their pain, it's easy to sit at home & comment.
Corona warriors are really tired from past three months to make people understand the disease & it's impact.

Yes, Private Bus operators are already started their money collection business in Buses. No Safety Rule at all. Their only target is complete the collection. Even our People are also acting smart. No body cares for any safety measure either wearing Mask, sanitation etc... If any thing happens then start complaining to Government not taking any action. RTO/Police pls check the buses carefully for some month. let bring the community safe by all the peoples support.

Whole day Carona Warriors working continuously from morning to night be it Doctors, Nurses, Medico team, Police Personnels, Volunteers, Unknown Helping Hand..Government people and many more. After hectic work they need some rest so they can prepare for next day. If relaxation will given at night people will go for merry round..and to look there activities short of volunteers available. At least need relaxation for some time for all warriors.

Lol. Everyone who's working now is supposed to work for alternative days. So they get 2-3 day leave in between. Night curfew doesn't make sense.

Education doesn't mean anything in this modern day and age, Presence of mind, common sense, tolerance for everyone and clarity in thinking is everything. Always remember that even Osama Bin Laden and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi were highly educated ( even Phd ).
