Vittal station sealed down for 48 hours after cop tests positive for coronavirus

Vittal, May 24: After a police constable from the Vittal police station tested positive for the novel coronavirus, Dakshina Kannada SP Lakshmi Prasad issued an order to seal down the police station for 48 hours.

This order comes at a time when it was reported on Sunday, May 24 that police constable from the Vittal police station had contracted the coronavirus infection.

However, without further ado, as soon as the confirmation on the test was received, the police constable who was placed in quarantine was shifted to Wenlock hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, the police station has been sanitized by the panchayat officials. Following the orders from the SP, the police station has been completely sealed off.

    In 48 hours without any sanitization also, all virus die. Good decision.
    After 2 days, they can work normally.

    Virus needs a host & carrier. In Corona virus case it is We humans.

    From June 2nd week, Corona cases will explode as People from Affected states & countries come to India.

    Also, Lockdown has been eased.

    "Flatten the curve" - Never allow India to have Italy kind of situation - where Number of Nurses,, Doctors, Beds, Rooms, ICUs, Ventilators is overwhelmed by number of patients.
