for the passengers coming from dubai, the airport management has not made any type of arrangements for them, first of all passengers were complaining that, there were no porters available in the luggage receiving area and most of all passengers were pregnant s and they were sent to the hotels by a crowded bus, and due to this crowd in the bus, we do not know how many has got infected in the bus while travelling from the airport to the hotels. as a humanitarian basis, the airport management should have arranged at least food for them, this is ridiculous what they have done to the passengers, also please note that, many passengers arrived to airport without any money with them and how can they pay to the hotel. however please remember that, we are all humans, any one at any time can get infected and all are should help each other, at this juncture, we heard that so many volunteers are serving food for the passengers. and we do solute them.

As Jossey Saldanha said here it is better to correct them there in Gulf or abroad before getting them boarded the flight. Otherwise innocents will get contracted without their mistake.

You are right, every 2 years there is a flu epidemic which kills around 2 lakhs in US and few in India, because we have better immunity. This time a name is given and fear and panic created. We have fallen in this trap.We entered the chakravyuh of lockdown without a plan to exit. The financial crisis is insurmountable.

Italy, Iran, Spain, France, China & now US with best medical facilities in world are struggling to contain it

UK tried Herd Immunity & that plan went horribly wrong.

It is not about, how severe the disease. Problem is Flattening the curve.

Number of beds, ICUs, Ventilators available, compared to the number of patients coming to the hospital. Also, there is limited number of Doctors & Nurses in a society.

In Italy & many countries, because of shortage of above things, Doctors have to make a choice, who will be saved. Elderly people were removed from Ventilators, to let them die & given to younger people.

Flattening the curve is the problem, specially in India with 1.3 Billion population.

80% of Covid-19 patients do not require any treatment. It is about only 20% & Covid-19 is a contagious disease.

WHO has said that corona will remain for the next few years and we have to learn to live with the virus
Lift the lockdown , sealdown, stop wearing mask, stop quarantine.Let life return to normal.Stop the testing which is faulty and which is the root cause of fear and panic. Let us all be positive. The mortality rate is very low in India.Consider corona as another flu. "Herd immunity" will develop faster if we remove all restrictions and the virus will initially spread faster and then disappear faster too!.Restrictions are required only if a small number of people are infected in a restricted area and the infection has high mortality, neither is the case here.So Be Healthy Be Happy- this is the only way to have Corona mukta Bharat in a short time.Immunity is the key word, get it early.

What if there are more patients than Beds in the Hospital, which also needed for existing patients of other diseases?

Easy to say here on the keyboard. There are old people, there are already sick patients, there are kids with ashthama who already have trouble breathing and to add it to all, our healthcare cannot handle the existing situation itself. If so many patients come in, we will be worse than Italy when it comes to numbers. It's not as easy as it sounds, lives are at stake, not anything else. Pls be sensible when commenting such things.

The administration showed laxity and sent all patients from that hospital to their homes instead putting them in quarantine. Look what has happened in Boloor and now the same might happen in Suratkal and other places in Mangalore. Clearly the district and hospital administration are responsible for the secondary spread in Mangalore from the inpatients in First Neuro!!!!
