I do not agree with the term that u used to describe the office of the Prime Minister, "The supreme leader".
In a democracy, there ain't no supreme leader and nobody needs to bow down to anyone in power.
That being said, yes definitely, it is the legal duty of every citizen to show respect to the office of the Prime Minister and other persons occupying key offices in the govt. and I m glad that the law enforcement authorities got hold of these two lumped elements.

This is absurd. I wonder why these guys get into all this? especially after reaping so much benefits and freebies being minorities. Severe punishment should be called for. The law should ensure they dont play the 'victim' card and also see that no 'sachiva' intervenes with some special 'schemes' for a particular group.

Good work by the police. People just don't understand the gravity of the situation. The whole nation is fighting against covid and people here are busy spreading rumors and objectionable posts. Such people should be punished, at least the rest of the society can live in peace.

I think in the U.S these kind of laws are applied differently. The laws there are not to control someone from commenting on politicians. Even if someone wants to comment on MrTrump ,they are free to do so..

If you start arresting people for just playing around on whatsapp, then you might as as well start beheading also. We are a country formed on the basis of securialism and freedom of expression.
