Mangaluru: FMCON hold awareness programme on HIV, AIDS

Mangaluru, Dec 9: The Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing Department of Father Muller College of Nursing along with ICDS group of Shalepadav, Moodshedde Mangaluru and ICTC Department of Father Muller Medical College Hospital organized an awareness programme on HIV and AIDS on December 7 at Shalepadav Anganwadi Center, Mangaluru for 37 beneficiaries who are the members of different self-help groups.



Students of I PC BSc Nursing, and Precilla D’Silva, lecturer, and Thirtha Rai, ICTC counselor, spoke on various aspects of AIDS, giving special importance on mother to child transmission and management measures during delivery.
