Mangaluru, Oct 19: Shree Devi Institute of Technology, department of MCA, organized 'IGNITE-PRO' for MCA post graduate students.

The function was inaugurated by Udaya Kumar Shenoy U, HR manager.

After the inauguration he addressed the students and shared the current challenges in the job market, how the students need to develop their skills to be ready for career. He stressed more on the ethics and the basic attitude required to survive in the industry.

Dr Nethravathi P S, HOD, MCA department gave the introductory speech.

Dr K E Prakash, director of the college emphasised on the importance of activities during the national level fest MEDHA.

Dr Dilip Kumar, principal addressed the students on discipline and organization of events and wished the them for a successful execution.

The association vice-president, Nishank welcomed the guests for the programme conducted by Sparkle Association.

After the formal function, the students conducted a wide variety of programmes which included various IT related events like IT manger, IT Parliament, IT debate and many more.
