Mangaluru, Jun 11: An orientation programme on behaviour and success was held by Milagres PU College for first year PU students in the college auditorium.
TV media technical engineer and financial advisor Kumble Narasimha Prabhu advised the students to be strong intellectuals if they should see success in their lives. “They should make the most of available time, working hard with discipline and control their mind without becoming victims of vices,” he said.
“The values that students inculcate in their student life should be helpful to them throughout their lives. High ambition, values and discipline are very important to reach the desired goal. As several physical and mental changes take place in teenage years, children should set those aside. They should prepare a timetable to study and write at home what teachers teach in college as only that will remain in their memory,” said English lecturer Regina Dinesh.
College student Sayyed Adeeb Ashraf welcomed everyone. Mohammed Saifulla rendered a vote of thanks. Senior lecturer Anita Lobo compered the programme.
