Mangaluru: National Science Day Exhibition inaugurated at Ladyhill English Higher Primary School

Mangaluru, Feb 28: The National Science Day Exhibition with the theme ‘Igniting Minds’ was hosted by Ladyhill English Higher Primary School on Thursday, February 28. The event saw young enthusiastic participants from class I to VII exhibiting working models and projects based on all subjects, thus exhibiting their knowledge about the subjects and its innovation.

Educational secretary Sr Ida Barboza inaugurated the exhibition, who said that the exhibition is a platform for students to present their new ideas and learn from each other and an opportunity to find out original thinkers.



The chief guest of the day Sr Celine Vera released the first ever newsletter of the school ‘Ladyhill Glow’. The guests of honour were Aruna, CRP, Kapikad Cluster, Geetha Rego, principal, Bearys Public School, Dr Precilla D’Souza, headmistress, St Aloysius School, Urwa, Shanthi Lobo, headmistress, Besant School, and Yashodha, headmistress, Gandhinagar School, who also enthralled the gathering by lighting the colour smoke candles.

Parents and students from neighbouring schools visited the exhibition.
