Mangaluru: Personality development workshop conducted by St Agnes College, CASK

Mangaluru, Feb 9: A programme on enriching the personality of students in addition to their curricular activities was organised by the alumni association of St Agnes College in collaboration with Catholic Association Of South Kanara (CASK).

35 final year students were selected and were beneficiaries of this programme.

Sr Dr Jeswina AC principal, Sr Dr Venessa AC, vice principal, programme co-ordinator, Patsy Lobo and secretary of alumni association, Saramma Jayaraj were the backbone for this programme.



The workshop was conducted in six interactive sessions touching upon the topics: ‘Communication skills, coping up with challenges’ by Patsy Lobo; ‘Demo of belly dance with yoga and health fitness tips and female hygiene’ by Sharlaine Sequiera;’ How to build self confidence’ by Patsy Lobo; ‘Self esteem by self motivation, personal analysis, self reflections, artificial intelligence and robotics and positive feelings’ by Dr Derek Lobo and ‘ Assertiveness, leadership qualities’ by Sunitha Menezes.

The students expressed their joy and gratitude during the valedictory function. Participation certificates were distributed to all the participants by CASK.
