They will keep the vehicles outside. Dumb law, one cannot force students like this way.
Only congis can think to curb freedom like this way..
I think time has come to implement 5 day week everywhere, half day collage or school can easily be compensated in rest if week days, it will save big on pollution.
Even from small to big ones, should be made to give Saturday as holiday...
At least nature will get a chance of 2 days in a week to revive.

we elect leaders to ease our lives, now without proper public transport and safer roads they want to take away the facility of two wheelers , this will only increase thefts if students leave bikes outside college, this is another system for "ease of collection " of " recovery charges "
IF this minister is so concerned with public transport lets see if he or his party supporters , workers use them first and lead the way .
First let the ministers focus on their jobs rather than managing every other not important things the public somehow make do to compensate their in abilities of the elected ministers to manage their lives

Govt should think of banning two wheelers in places meant for four wheelers. Everywhere the parking space is taken away by two wheelers by parking in haphazard manner. When there is stipulated parking space for four wheelers which is very limited, why should two wheelers be allowed in such spots.
First of all population of two wheelers has increased to such an extent that everwhere in the cities, traffic speed has reduced because two wheelers keep moving in crisscross manner and also in wrong directions. Stop production of two wheelers like in all developed countries.

Before ban issue a circular with stipulated time. so student can arrange alternative parking or transportation to reach to college.at once ban may make students life miserable those who depend upon two wheeler regular basis.

Minister himself should try public transport facility n see if he can reach n time, or how early does he need to leave his house such that he can reach destination
Vehicle congestion-Silicon city can utilize their expertise to resolve the issue rather make changes n institutions
I’ve experienced the frustration of rush hour traffic, life in a car- office to home -HELL
Wasting your precious time n traffic n o reach home early- I believe time z precious use it wisely.

But what about colleges where cheap public transports like buses are not accessible or the stops are too far from where the colleges are located? Colleges where only more pricey transports like auto-rickshaws are accessible? Who'll pay for that everyday? Not all colleges have any or plenty college/school buses. You want everyone to reach late & tired by walking? That's not very productive.

    Dylan,
It is not just implementation, if you look around you will notice that there is no efficient economical public transport system in place . Without this no plan of curbing two wheelers on the roads or for that matter even private vehicles is going to be successful regrettably.
