Beltangady: Girl files rape complaint against youth

Beltangady, Sep 7: A girl has filed complaint against a youth, accusing the latter of promising to marry and raping her.

Reportedly, the girl and Asif from Thenkakarandoor village, were in love with each other since the last four years. It is said that when she was alone at home, Asif raped her in March this year against her wishes.

In the following days, Asif reportedly started telling the girl that he would not marry her and that he has nothing to do with her from that day. The girl filed a complaint, alleging breach of trust.

The police have registered a case and investigating.

    madam i feel sorry for you.
    madam your claim of rape which was done in march may be difficult to prove now.
    why did you not file your complaint immediatly then the culprit would have been easily caught.
