Kundapur: Car crashes into tempo after jumping divider, two seriously injured

Kundapur, Jan 13: In a serious accident, a car jumped the divider and collided with an oncoming tempo, leaving both drivers critically injured. The incident occurred on Sunday night, January 12, near the Ekadanta Service Station on National Highway 66, Kumbhashi.  

A car traveling from Brahmavar towards Kundapur lost control, jumped the divider, and crashed into an ice-cream delivery tempo heading from Kundapur towards Udupi. The collision caused significant damage to both vehicles, and both drivers sustained serious injuries.  

Local residents promptly rushed the injured drivers to the hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, Kundapur traffic police arrived at the scene and are conducting further investigations.
