Chikkamagaluru: Milk making with chemicals - Court denies bail to accused

Chikkamagaluru, Aug 31: In a case of alleged manufacture of milk with the help of chemicals and supplying the same to Hassan Milk Union, the first additional civil court here denied bail to the accused.

Judge of the court, N M Ramesh, who heard the bail petition, observed that manufacture of milk mixed with chemicals is a serious case. He accordingly denied bail to all the nine accused in the case.

On behalf of the prosecution, assistant public prosecutor, V Raghavendra Raykar, presented arguments. He said that the contaminated milk has been sent to forensic science laboratory to find out the chemical components.

K T Srinivas, son of Parvathamma, who happens to be the secretary of Kurubarahalli Women's Milk Producers Cooperative Society, happens to be the main accused in this case.

    Just give them one punishment, just feed them same milk which they produced from chemicals throughout their life. Then only they come to know , what they committed...

    These people should the shot in public place. They are playing with life of people. They are worst than terrorists. These people make people suffer from deceases and die. Once in China people did the same job of adulterating milk and all the accused has been hanged. That too within a short time. Good that bail is denied and it should not be given for ever till they hanged. Their property must be attached immediately.
    Their trial should take place on faster face and must be hanged.
