Mangaluru: Students’ Association of FMHMC inaugurated

Mangaluru, Jun 2: Students’ Association of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College (FMHMC), Deralakatte, for the academic year 2018-19, was inaugurated on Friday, June 1.

Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, director, Father Muller Charitable Institutions and president of the function, after lighting the lamp, told the students to become yeast in order to transform oneself and others and also stressed on the responsibilities and duties of office bearers along with their rights.



Dr A R Shabaraya, principal of Srinivas College of Pharmacy, Valachil, the chief guest of the programme, addressing the students asked them to exhibit professionalism in their career and to join hands to build a healthy society.

Rev Fr Vincent Vinod Saldanha, administrator of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College administered the oath to the office bearers and wished them all the best for the coming year.

Dr Girish Navada, staff advisor, Students' Association welcomed the gathering and introduced the chief guest to the audience.

Dr Shivaprasad K, principal, declared the names of the new office bearers of the Students' Association 2018-19 and handed over the badges.

M Upendranadh, former president of Students' Association gave farewell speech and the new president Nandan Krishna gave acceptance speech.

Maria J Abraham, general secretary, Students' Association, rendered the vote of thanks.

Jeswin Abraham, Tejas A and Ankitha are the Cultural, Sports and Magazine secretaries respectively.
