Bengaluru Feb 1: Chief minister Siddaramaiah asked Congress workers not to remain ‘too soft' when compared to the BJP leaders such as Ananth Kumar Hegde, Shobha Karandlaje and Pratap Simha.
"We are not countering the BJP leaders. They are effectively pushing their Hindutva agenda on social media. Why you people are silent? How many of you have spoken out in your districts? What are you scared of?" Siddaramaih’s asked the Congress workers at the first meeting of the Congress' campaign committee on Wednesday, January 31.
Siddaramaiah pointed out that the BJP was mounting attack after attack on the government. "Why don't you talk about what Modi has done?" Siddaramaiah questioned in the meeting.
