Udupi, Nov 18: The ground-breaking ceremony for Hi-Point Royal, the fourth project by Hi-Point Constructions Private Limited, was held at Saralebettu, Manipal, on Monday, November 18.
Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, managing director of Mandavi real estate developers, said, "Yousuf Parvez was the pioneer in developing the Saralebettu area, paving the way for other builders. This building, designed like a palace by Gopal Bhat, truly impressed me when I saw the brochure. Constructing a house comes with numerous challenges, from navigating regulations to dealing with pending files in the town planning department. Many people now prefer ready-made apartments due to high land prices and complex construction rules, as these apartments offer all essential facilities. Yousuf is a straightforward, honest, and helpful individual, and I wish him immense success with this project."

The building is designed to be earthquake-resistant, with a construction timeline targeted for 18 to 24 months."
Ramesh Kanchan, president of the Udupi Block Congress and city municipality member, remarked, "Yousuf leads a disciplined life, and all his construction projects have been completed without any legal issues. The third, Hi-Point Elite in Shankarpura, combined residential and commercial spaces, comprising 24 apartments and 14 shops. Now, with our fourth project, Hi-Point Royal, we are bringing a six-floor building with 42 premium apartments, complete with a play area, gym, game zone, and a multipurpose hall."
Imam Sadique Qasimi of Manipal Masjid blessed the ceremony with prayers, and the project brochure was released on the occasion.
Purushotham Shetty, managing director of Ujwal Developers Udupi; Jason Dias, managing partner of Mandavi real estate developers; Juned Assadi, businessman; Naveen D Kotian, advocate; and others were present on the occasion.
