Mangaluru, Dec 11: St Agnes School (CBSE) held their annual sports day on December 8.

The school band cordially received the chief guest of the day Jayaprakash, a multi faceted sports person. He hails from Alva’s Moodbidri. Principal Sr Jyothi Saldanha extended a warm and genial welcome to the chief guest. The sonorous compering by teacher Nayana, the presence of the joint secretary Sr Maria Roopa and the vote words of gratitude given by teacher Reena added to the beauty of the day.

The chief guest’s welcome was followed by a bright and skilful march past and drill by the students. It was truly a feast for the audience.

The sports day ended with an auspicious feeling of sportsmanship in all preset there.
