Ramanagara: Car plunges into lake - three killed

Ramanagara, Oct 19: In a tragic accident which happened near Vanaganahalli, Bidadi in the outskirts of Bengaluru city in the early hours of Thursday October 18, three persons including two children lost their lives.

It is said that the accident happened after the driver of the car lost control over the vehicle at a steep road bend, after which the car directly proceeded towards the lake and drowned.

The deceased have been identified as Chidanand (20), who was driving the car, and two children, Deepika (8) and Shashank (6). The other young occupant of the car, Dileep, survived the accident.

A case about the accident was registered in Bidadi  police station.
