Puttur: HJV leader Jagadish Karanth granted interim bail

Puttur, Sep 30: Jagadish Karanth, Hindu Jagarana Vedike (HJV) leader, who was arrested on September 29, has been granted interim bail.

The conditional bail was granted after he was produced before a magistrate here in the early hours of Saturday, September 30.

Earlier Karanth was brought to Puttur Town Police Station on the way from Bengaluru where the arrest was made in the afternoon of Friday.
