When you promote resort make sure that you provide all the safety. And young generation who thinks they are masters in all (by the influence of social media) who dont know certain life skills like cycling, swimming, climbing, then don't play with life.

This is a real tragedy. The girls really tried to help each other. Why blame resort when young adults don't have sense. The girls should not have ventured into deep end if they did not know how to swim. Easy to blame authorities but one should also exercise caution. They're not small children but young women so it's equally their responsibility to know whether to go to deep end or not. Similar when people go to the ocean. There will be no lifeguard etc so why venture in if you don't swim.

Whatever action taken by the authorities is justified and also for the owners to be able to run the facility must ensure that all prescriptions and safety rules are strictly implemented also followed. On the part of authorities, they need to check the ressort on a regular basis. In this incident the ladies involved were grown up and if they were not trained enough why they took for grated to play in the swimming pool ? Fun aside, life is moreimportant

Safety standards in India often fall short, especially in public spaces like swimming pools. Proper precautions, such as having a lifeguard on duty, should be mandatory to ensure immediate assistance in case of emergencies. Preventive measures like this can save lives and promote a culture of safety and responsibility

Drowning is often a silent event where individuals, especially non-swimmers, cannot call for help due to the physiological constraints of struggling to breathe, water aspiration, and energy depletion. Lifeguards are crucial as they are trained to recognize the subtle, non-verbal signs of drowning, which bystanders may easily miss. Their vigilance, quick response, and expertise in water rescue can mean the difference between life and death, highlighting the essential role they play in preventing fatalities in aquatic environments.

Due to such negligence, the parents never send children anywhere. The resort team is suppose to have a watchful guard who needs to be attentive. Else such pools have to be closed

Rest in peace to the deceased. If you didn’t know how to swim, then what was the need to get into the water? Life has no guarantee, but death is 100% guaranteed.

What a tragedy!!! Unbelievable.. Resorts are operating the swimming pool without the life guard? This should be the eye opener and without the life guard license for the swimming pool should not be given. May their souls rest in Peace
