Kundapur, Nov 16: Dr Nagesh, the medical officer at Kundapura Taluk Hospital, has been elected as the president of the taluk unit of the State Government Employees' Union.

The election, held on Saturday, November 16, in the afternoon at the union office, will see Dr Nagesh serving a five-year term in office.

Dr Nagesh is well-known in the medical community for his contributions to healthcare, and he has also played a key role in the renovation of the temple located within the hospital grounds.
